Weihnachtsbräuche

Die graue Jahreszeit ist für die meisten Familien in den „Vergessenen Dörfern“ der Ukraine eine Zeit, in der sie in Hoffnungslosigkeit versinken. Auch in Boschedarjewka herrscht an langen Winterabenden trostloses Grau.
Doch mitten in einer dunklen Straße leuchtet ein Haus, unser „Zufluchtsort“. Gemeinsam haben wir unser Haus festlich geschmückt. In einer warmherzigen Atmosphäre genießen wir die Adventszeit. Viele unserer kleinen Gäste erleben das zum ersten Mal. Da kommen natürlich viele Fragen auf.
Warum feiern wir Advent? Warum haben wir einen Adventskranz, einen Tannenbaum? Warum beschenkt man sich zu Weihnachten? Die meisten dieser Gespräche enden in einer Geschichte, die vor etwa 2.000 Jahren in Bethlehem begann.
